All orders for product excluding the Versa Presentation surfaces product line. Installation services are based on order product net value. Orders where product net value is less than $3,350 installation charges cannot exceed 15% with a $100 minimum. Installation for orders with product value greater than $3,350 will be negotiated with the ordering agency on a case-by-case basis.Installation for Versa Presentation Surfaces requires addition attention to surface preparation prior to installation. Terms and ConditionsPublished Price List
Orders are F.O.B. Commerce, California 90040-3031 or Buffalo, New York 14150-0888. Freight is prepaid and allows for normal ground transportation within the 48 contiguous states. A $467 net minimum order for the freight to be prepaid is applicable. Air freight, inside delivery, blanket wrapped, will calls and special delivery beyond dock-to-dock delivery, will be quoted and invoiced separately. Our responsibility ceases when we turn the shipment over to the carrier.
Specification ChangesThe right to affect, change or discontinue models at any time without prior notice remains the right of Egan Visual Inc. This right to change applies to catalog contents, price lists, fabric or finishes as well as details and dimensions. Packing and Crating ChargesAll products are shipped via common carrier, and are normally shipped one unit per cardboard container. Packaging charges are included in our net prices. ReturnsMerchandise may not be returned without our prior written consent. If returned by agreement, a restocking charge of 20% of net cost will be deducted from the credit note in addition to any expense of reconditioning that may be necessary. Return transportation must be prepaid. ShippingEgan Visual reserves the right by what is in our opinion the best method, unless advised to the contrary in precise terms by the purchaser. We are not responsible for delay, failure to deliver due to strikes, lockouts, fires, floods, storms, acts of God or other causes beyond our control. Shipment ClaimsDamage claims must be filed with the carrier by the consignee. Our responsibility ceases when we turn the shipment over to a common carrier. Keep packaging material for inspection by the carrier in the event of a damage claim. StorageOrders will ship in accordance with our acknowledged shipping dates. If customers cannot accept delivery on this date, we reserve the right to arrange storage at the customer’s risk and expense and to invoice the merchandise when it it placed in storage. Defects and Shortages All claims must be reported in the first thirty (30) days after delivery of goods. Egan Visual/West Inc. assumes no responsibility for misuse or abuse. Product Warranties
