Engage & Connect

When you’re ready to take the first step with Egan, you, your architect, or your designer can get in touch with one of our dealers or sales reps. If you need design support at any point during the buying process, we’re happy to share samples or craft a custom mockup for you.

Consult & Concept

Our designers and dealers will consult with you to understand your unique needs and wants. From there, a concept will begin to take shape. You never need to do this alone – we have ample design resources to inspire you.

Specify the Details

Once a concept has been established, your sales rep will start refining your order based on the exact specifications and customization options you choose. If you opt for a bespoke Custom Response solution, this is the stage to get started.

Get a Quote

Now that the specifications have been outlined, we’ll give you a quote for your consideration. We’re happy to work with you to refine your order based on needs or cost. We can also refine your quote to make sure you’re getting exactly what you want and need.

Place an Order

When your order and quote are confirmed, your sales rep will work with your dealer of choice or directly with Egan to create a purchase order.

Build & Ship

The approved purchase order is then fulfilled by Egan directly. We’re proud to say that all Egan products are manufactured by skilled craftspeople on our own custom machines in our own factories so you get the best quality possible.
