+Collaborative Design Process
+
1. Collaborative Design
Egan Design Lab works with you to select the glass, interlayer, colour or decorative material, and overall laminated glass configuration. The panel layout, transparency, privacy level, and any project-specific fabrication are developed around the application.
2. Quote
Once the laminated glass construction, panel dimensions, and fabrication requirements are established, Egan prepares pricing based on the approved configuration.
3. Production
The selected interlayer or decorative material is assembled between the glass, then bonded under controlled heat and pressure to create a permanent laminated glass panel. Panels are fabricated to the required dimensions with specified edgework, holes, notches, or cutouts where required
4. Delivery
Finished laminated glass panels are prepared for delivery based on the panel layout and installation requirements of the project.
