The VT500 Integrated AV Conference Table is designed for rooms where the meeting table and audiovisual equipment are planned as one installation. The VT500 consists of a conference table, an AV equipment credenza, and an enclosed bridge. The conference table provides the meeting surface, the credenza houses rack-mounted AV equipment, and the bridge connects the two with an enclosed pathway for power, data, and AV cabling. Rather than treating the table and equipment cabinet as separate pieces of furniture, they are designed to work together as a single installation, establishing where equipment is located and how it connects throughout the room.

Rack-mounted equipment remains accessible through locking service panels for installation, maintenance, equipment replacement, and future technology upgrades.
