Description

Etch Reveal Acoustic Wall Panels use two layers of PET acoustic in contrasting colours with the design is carved 3 mm into the face layer to reveal the colour beneath, adding depth and definition to the pattern. Designers can select one of Egan’s existing patterns or bring a sketch, reference, pattern, or idea they want to explore. Egan Design Lab works with them to develop that direction into a panel design that can be produced for the project.

Collaborative Design Process

1. Collaborative Design
Etch patterns are developed collaboratively with Egan Design Lab. Select an Etch design as a starting point, or bring your own sketch, drawing, or reference for the direction you want to take. Egan Design Lab develops it into a pattern laid out across the wall, resolving the design around doors, glazing, corners, and outlets. The scale and placement are refined with you until the layout is approved.

1. Quote
Once the design direction, wall dimensions, and project requirements are confirmed, Egan prepares a quote based on the proposed panel layout.

3. Production
Once the layout is approved, the pattern is carved 3 mm into the PET. Each panel is then cut to the required dimensions and numbered so the design aligns correctly across the wall.

4. Delivery
Panels arrive on-site sequenced and labelled by installation position, ready to be installed as a feature wall or across a full wall.
