Ordering Instructions
Orders are only to be placed directly with manufacturer-named authorized dealers. Copy of the state order required for Egan Visual order entry. Purchase orders must be clearly marked “State of Connecticut Contract 15PSX0041”.

Ordering Address
Place orders with either Egan Visual or any authorized dealer. To process an order at Egan Visual, a state order copy is required. Mark all Purchase Orders distinctly with “MHEC Contract: FURNITURE MC12-C07.” Ensure the dealer’s name is on the agency Purchase Order to qualify for a dealer rebate.

Freight Included
Freight delivered prepaid via ground shipping, FOB Origin, in accordance with the 2021 Freight Program. Additional costs for air freight and accessorial charges will be quoted and invoiced separately.

Delivery Time
Within 60 days after receipt of order, or earlier.

Expedited Delivery
Items eligible for expedited delivery are in red on the official price list as part of our Quickship Program. These will ship within 2-5 days.

Overnight and 2-day Delivery

Terms and Conditions of Installation
All Egan products hold GREENGUARD Certification. GREENGUARD Certification is a program that sets standards for low emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) into indoor air. The program is part of UL Environment, a division of UL (Underwriters Laboratories), a global safety certification company. Products that earn this certification have met stringent criteria to ensure they contribute to healthier indoor environments by emitting fewer chemicals into the air. This is particularly important in enclosed spaces like homes, schools, and offices, where exposure to high levels of VOCs can lead to health issues. The certification helps both manufacturers and consumers make informed decisions about the safety and sustainability of interior products and materials.

Return Policy
Returns are not accepted without a Return Goods Authorization issued by Egan Visual. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee that includes freight charges.
