Purchase Orders University of Alabama entities must issue Purchase Order (PO) directly to the dealer and include University of Alabama Contract Number T054514. Egan Visual will need a copy of the end user PO which includes the products being ordered, agency billing code, agency contact, agency address, and contact phone number for each order placed under this contract.
