Ordering Instructions
Orders are only to be placed directly with manufacturer-named authorized dealers. Copy of the state order required for Egan Visual order entry. Purchase orders must be clearly marked “State of Connecticut Contract 15PSX0041”.

Freight Included
Freight prepaid, FOB destination. All delivery and transport fees included. No fuel surcharges or additional packaging costs allowed. Extra charge for packing or packages are not allowed. Accessorial charges extra if applicable. Costs for air freight, interior delivery, blanket wrapping, will-call pickups, and deliveries beyond dock-to-dock will be separately quoted and invoiced.
Delivery Time
Within 60 days after receipt of order, or earlier.

Expedited Delivery
Items eligible for expedited delivery are in red on the official price list as part of our Quickship Program. These will ship within 2-5 days.

Overnight and 2-day Delivery
As part of our Quickship products, items that are in red on the official price list are available for overnight and 2-day delivery options, subject to availability and quantity required. For inquiries, contact customerservice@egan.com or call 1-800-263-2387.
