The TecTern is available in two models: one with a laptop shelf (TLLS) for a dedicated laptop space, and another with a touchscreen monitor and annotation software (TLTM).

Aesthetically, the TecTern features a modesty front-facing panel that can be customized with wood veneer, custom colors, or art-printed artwork to match any environment. The crown top is finished with Etex, a proprietary polymerized coating from Egan that provides a durable, lasting finish, effectively hiding fingerprints and other markings to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
